VIP Consignor Program

We do the work - You earn the perks! Earn 40% of sales and a pass to shop early. A VIP Processor preps and enters all of your items for you!

Consignor Drop & Go

To participate in this service your items must be pre-labeled, marked to go half and ALL items must be donate. Expect these appointments to last 15 minutes or less. Click the link for more details.

Curbside Check In

Would you like to do Drop & Go, but you want your items guaranteed? This service is for you! We are excited to offer this service for our Consignors again this season! You pull up to the curb and we will unload for you. We'll take the items inside to count and quality check, mark off any items missing, contact you to reconcile missing items, then put them out on the sales floor. Any items we cannot accept will be held during the sale and placed with your items on Consignor Pick Up Day. This will be a little different from our Spring & Fall sale in 2020. Expect these appointments to be quick. Your items DO NOT have to be marked for discount or donate, but do have to be in numerical order. Bring an inventory sheet with you and once your items are checked they will be guaranteed! Please bring your items in containers that you do not want returned such as cardboard boxes. This service is available to our Consignors for a small $4.50 fee PER CONSIGNOR NUMBER.

In-Store Check-In

No more waiting in line! Choose your appointment time and a table will be waiting for you. Though not required, we recommend labeling your items at home to speed up consignor drop off. Consignors will place their own items on the sales floor. Expect these appointments to last an hour per 100 items. Special Spring 2021 In-Store Check-In Instructions: Upon arrival, pull up to the curb of the South Sooner Mall main entrance near Dillards and Chic-fil-A. A team member will help you unload your car and take your items into the store for you. For safety reasons, consignors will NOT be able to use the back entrance of our store! Once your car has been unloaded, park and then you will enter our store using the mall entrance. We will be located in a NEW location this season next to Journey's and across from Auntie Anne's.

Mailed Barcode Labels

Use this link to have your barcodes mailed right to your home! Complete this form and your barcodes will be mailed straight to you for only $2! You can also purchase string tags and safety pins to be mailed with your barcodes. Requests must be submitted by Tuesday, April 13 @ noon in order to receive labels before consignor check-in.

Consignor Referrals

A great way to earn more at our event is to refer new consignors! Do you have friends that don't consign? Refer them to us! You and each new consignor must consign at least 30 items. For 1 new referral we will waive your $9.50 Consignor fee on ONE Consignor Number. For 2 new referrals you will earn 70% of your sales on ONE Consignor Number. For 3 new referrals you will earn 75% of your sales on ONE Consignor Number. New referrals cannot be immediate family members and cannot have previously been a consignor in the Rhea Lana's of Norman-Moore event. Referrals will ONLY be captured by filling the link below. Incentives may not be deferred to future events. Only one incentive may be applied per event.

In-Store Consignor Item Pick-Up Appointments

These appointments are NOT required, but will help us maintain social distancing. Our in-store pick-up is from 1PM-4PM. Pick-up will look just a little different than events past. At check-in, provide your consignor id and we will bring you your items. If you would like to check through your items, we will have stations well spaced where you can review your consignor report and items. When you are ready to leave, we will help you take your items to the parking lot. We have staggered appointments to help reduce waiting times. Per the Norman Mask Mandate, masks are required for all consignors & employees. Exceptions will be made for those with certain medical conditions.

Mom Ambassador Program

Do you have mom friends who you would love to tell about Rhea Lana's? We appreciate you helping us spread the word about our upcoming Fall & Winter event at Sooner Mall. Seasonal Employee Application

We are looking to build a super squad of Rhea Lana's team members for our Spring & Summer sale. The pay rate is $8.50 per hour and employees who work a minimum of 8 hours will be given a FREE Launch party ticket to shop Friday, April 23 at 6:30PM. Apply at the link above.

Community Partner Registration

We love to make our consignment events feel like one big party for the community with games, prizes and lots of fun along the way. As a community partner, you can help us shower our consignors and shoppers with fun goodies. We have several opportunities available for your family friendly business or organization to get involved.
