HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items, we only accept plastic hangers. You can purchase hangers from from Wal-Mart, Target, or Rhea Lana's Amazon Storefront..
STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels. You can purchase string tags from Wal-Mart, office supply stores, Rhea Lana's Amazon Storefront..
SAFETY PINS – You can purchase large quantities of safety pins from the Rhea Lana's Amazon Storefront..
BARCODE LABELS – If you would like to print your barcodes at home, you'll need adhesive address labels size 1"x2 5/8" (30/page). You can purchase labels from Wal-Mart, Target, office supply stores, or Rhea Lana's Amazon Storefront.. All barcode labels must be printed in color.
OTHER SUPPLIES – You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc.), masking tape, scotch tape, and sharpies. You can purchase other supplies from Wal-Mart, Target, office supply stores, or Rhea Lana's Amazon Storefront..
The better they look, the better they sell! Please take time to wash and iron your clothes if necessary. Please check for stains, broken zippers, torn hemlines, missing buttons, etc.
We will be checking your items at the store and will not accept any item that is not in excellent condition.
Use small PLASTIC hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger PLASTIC hangers for sizes 12 and above. You may also use coated hangers as long as they are 'size appropriate' and do NOT have a blunt metal tip. No metal hangers, please! Plastic and wire-coated hangers can be purchased at discount stores. This makes shopping more pleasant for everyone and ensures that clothes don't get damaged by hangers!
For our Spring/Summer events we will accept warm weather items such as short sleeves, shorts, dresses, skirts, tank tops, flip flops, sandals, swim-suits, as well as light long sleeve shirts/sweaters/jackets and pants. We will not accept: coats, boots, snow gear, flannel, corduroy, heavy sweaters or jackets.
For our Fall/Winter events, we will accept coats, jackets, hoodies, snow gear, Thanksgiving/Halloween/Christmas themed items, and costumes.
Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $4.00. They need to be pinned together as well so they don't get separated.
All pants must be clipped or pinned to a hanger, not folded over, as they tend to end up on the floor and shoppers want to see the entire pant to purchase.
Safety pin all sets and accessories securely together with pants hung on the back of the shirt at the waist. Both pieces need to be viewable without unpinning them.
Please only bring your like-new shoes! 1) Put your consignor number and price on masking tape on the bottom or on the inside sole of each shoes--this will help if they get separated. 2) Using a zip tie, secure shoes together, including your string tag on the zip tie.
No heavy winter boots for the spring/summer event.
No flip flops for the fall/winter event.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOES WITH SCUFFED TOES, SHOES THAT ARE DIRTY OR SHOES WITH DISCOLORED SOLES.
In accordance with Oklahoma Bedding Regulations, we will not accept used comforters at our events. We will still accept sheet sets if they are baby/children sizes and themes. It is best to package a bedding set together in its original clear plastic bag with zipper. Large ziploc bags can also be purchased to keep bedding clean and together. You can often find XL bags at the dollar stores.
Label any bedding set with everything that is included and the size.
It is also a great idea to take a picture of the bedding set and place it on the outside of the bag.
Hang and pin blankets over hangers so that shoppers can see them. If they are small receiving blankets, group 2 or 3 together in a ziploc bag and seal with clear plastic tape. Tape the string tag to the inside of the ziploc bag.
We only accept hospital grade/closed loop breast pumps. The following closed system pumps will be accepted: Willow, Elvie, Pumpables Genie Advance, Momcozy 5M Wearable Pump, Eufy Wearable Pump, Unimom Opera, Spectra Synergy Gold, Motif Luna, Baby Buddha, Medela Symphony, Imani, Freemie Liberty and Rose, Bella Baby, Ameda Mya, or Cimilre.
Bottles, bibs, rattles, socks, bows, etc group together appropriately in ziploc bags. Seal with clear packing tape. Tape your string tag to the inside of the ziploc bag. It also helps to write your consignor number and the price of the item on the ziploc bag with a sharpie in case the tag comes off during the sale.
Must be clean and in working order (batteries included.) Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely. If parts get separated it will not sell. Games should be taped closed. Puzzles, books, videos and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in ziploc bags. Secure with clear packing tape and tape tag to the inside of the ziploc bag. It is also good to write your consignor number and info on the ziploc bag with a Sharpee in case the tag comes off. Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
We will only accept Disney/Character name brand stuffed animals in like new condition. We will also accept boutique animals like Jelly Cat, Warmies, and Slumberkins.
Large Little Tikes Toys and Furniture are in high demand! When tagging large toys it is best to also attach a piece of masking tape to the toy with your consignor information. This will enable us to sell your toy even if the tag comes off! We sell 95% of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment!
Toy recall information- Due to the high number of toy recalls during the past year, we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled. To help us, please do not bring any toys that have been subject to a recall. Your car seat must have been manufactured within the past five years. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. You may check the following website for current recalls: www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver stating your car seat has all the pieces and is in excellent condition and not more than five years old. Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.
If you would like to bring large furniture pieces to our sale you must contact us for permission. (Desks, tables, chairs, etc) This will all be based on our space limitations. All furniture must be in EXCELLENT condition.
Due to the thousands of recalls and crib regulations being raised, we will not sell any crib manufactured before December 2010. Contact the manufacturer of your crib to find out if it is recalled. Most companies will send you a repair kit or give you instructions on how to return your crib for a refund. We do accept Pack n Plays and Bassinettes.
